Rachael has booked us many amazing holidays over the last twenty years and I wouldn’t book with anyone else. One holiday in particular stands out, Rachael booked us an amazing Christmas holiday to Fuerteventura. Unfortunately my husband’s father passed away suddenly and we needed to get home. I sent Rachael a text and within an hour she sorted out everything taking as much stress away from us as possible. She always goes that extra mile and ultimately she cares.
