“Bizarre travel plans are dancing lessons from God.” – Kurt Vonnegut
At some point in your life, you’ve probably created a list of places you’d love to visit. Destinations could be selected for their sandy white beaches, culture and history or just because you want to experience a completely different side of life. Taking your holiday off the beaten track allows you to see places through the eyes of the locals, to unearth hidden gems and immerse yourself in different cultures like never before.
Let your imagination run wild – combine several destination stops with travel by plane, train, boat and automobile. Whatever you want to do can be achieved. So grab your bucket list and give me a call – it’s time to check off some destinations!
Take your inspiration from these incredible trips I’ve organised for clients:
With fresh air and stunning landscapes around every corner, try a photography holiday on the volcanic island of Iceland. Visit exploding geysers, thunderous waterfalls and document coastal wildlife havens on this spectacular volcanic island. The flight is just a couple of hours from the UK and, if you’re lucky, you might even get to see the Northern Lights.
Experience India the authentic way. Combine a sightseeing holiday with a short stay in a traditional family home in Kerala, where you’ll eat, sleep and socialise with the locals. Add on a group tour hiking and camping in The Himalayas to experience the very best that authentic India has to offer.
Porto Santo Stefano, Italy
Escape Italy’s bustling cities and take a self-drive trip to the elegant seaside town of Porto Santo Stefano in Tuscany. One of the lesser-known parts of the region, Santo Stefano is just 95 miles drive from Rome. You can explore beautiful beaches and coves by day and take a stroll through narrow streets or along the seaside promenade by night – after you’ve dined out with the locals, of course.
